Step 1 - Logo set Up

Before we can put your items online we need to make sure your graphics are set up for printing and embroidery.  If you already have a logo set up you can send it to us to review and we will let you know if it is print ready.  If we need to make any revisions or recreate your logo in a print ready format we will provide you a quote.  Don't have a graphic set up yet?  Send us your ideas and we can help you create one.

Step 2 - Online Store Set Up

Once we have your logo set up we will add print and embroidery items to the online store.  You can review the items once we get the initial set up completed and will be able to choose any specialty items to add.  You can also add seasonal items throughout the year.

Step 3 - Time to Shop

We will provide you with a QR code, a link, and a graphic for you to advertise your items.  We create the items as they are ordered and customers can choose to have items mailed to them directly or they can pick up from our shop if they are local.  We can also arrange pickups at your location.

Logo Set Up

If you already have a logo set up, please send what files you have.  Vector format is best.  We can also sometimes print a png file, make sure it has a transparent background, and is 300dpi and sized at the print size, which is 4 inches for left chest and 12 inches for full size.

Standard Online Items

There is no cost to you to host your items online for our standard package.  It will include 2 product groups, one for print and one for embroidery.  These are items that we have pre-selected and will cover most items that customers will want.  It will show your logo and a few mockups of what your logo will look like on a few products.

In addition to the group of pre-selected items, it will also include access to our full catalog of items.  If you choose "Shop by Product" option on our website you can choose any item and then either put in a logo code or choose your logo from a dropdown, depending on the privacy level you choose.  We are adding new products to this catalog weekly.

Revenue / Fundraising

If you want to make a profit from the sale of your logo items, you can choose how much you want back per item.  We issue profit checks quarterly, you will get a report of sales and a check about 2 weeks after the end of each quarter.

Additional Product Listings and Mockup Creation

If you would like additional custom product listings in addition to the standard package, we can create custom listings for you.  There is a one time cost of $10 per additional item.  This includes a custom item that will appear on your landing page and a mockup pic that will show in the main thumbnail of that product.

Our online listings do not show a product mockup for each item, color and size variation.  These products include hundreds of options, and your logo will not be displayed on each item as different options are selected (for example selecting a pink short sleeve tee will show a blank short sleeve tee, and selecting a black long sleeve tee will display a blank black long sleeve tee).  If you would like for each variation to show a mockup with your logo, there is an additional charge.  For the standard product groups the fee is $200 and for the additional added products the fee is $100.

Privacy Options

We have a few ways to handle privacy options if you do not want your items public.  

No Cost:

We can give you a private link for each item that you have.  For the full catalog, we can leave your logo out of the drop down choices and just provide you with a logo code.  It is up to you to distribute the private links and logo code.

$10 a month options:

(1) Secret link to a page with a collection of custom items, only those entering our website with that link will be able to see your custom products.

(2) If you provide us a list of e-mail addresses, only users logging in with those e-mail addresses will be able to see your custom products.

(3) Require a passcode to access your custom items. 

Turnaround Time

Once an order is placed our turnaround time is 10-15 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing.  We aim for a 5 business day turnaround time for ink printed items and a 10 business day turnaround time for embroidered items.  If you have an upcoming event that you need merch for please let us know ahead of time, we can usually accommodate getting orders done quicker if needed.
