Returns and Turn Around Time By adding this item to the cart you are confirming that you understand and agree that this is a custom made product and that there are no refunds, exchanges or returns except in the case of a defect in the product or an error made by The Makery. We also offer no refunds, exchanges or returns on blank products, so be sure to check your selections and look at size charts carefully. All issues must be reported to The Makery within 10 business days of receipt of product. Please note that our turn around time is around 10-15 business days as all items are made to order. If you need an item prior to a specific date please let us know and we can do our best to accommodate your request.

You can upload an image of the text below or if you are local you can schedule a time to drop it off at our shop. Please only use markers and not crayons or colored pencils as it is easier for us to convert the image for printing. Please also use solid white paper and not paper with lines or other markings. We have supplies at our shop if you want to come use our paper and markers.
