Returns and Turn Around Time By adding this item to the cart you are confirming that you understand and agree that this is a custom made product and that there are no refunds, exchanges or returns except in the case of a defect in the product or an error made by The Makery.  We also offer no refunds, exchanges  or returns on blank products, so be sure to check your selections and look at size charts carefully. All issues must be reported to The Makery within 10 business days of receipt of product. Please note that our turn around time is around 10-15 business days as all items are made to order.  If you need an item prior to a specific date please let us know and we can do our best to accommodate your request.
